Acquisition Criteria

WE ARE SEEKING TO ACQUIRE COMPANIES THAT:

• Operate in the gift industry, i.e.: gift baskets, gift boxes, or;
• Supply or service the gift industry (manufacturers, delivery, etc.)
• Have track records of (or feasible paths towards) profitability 
• Have strong reputations and recurring customers
• Have owners willing to ensure a proper transition
